John DelRusso, Partner, Bray Realty Advisors, LLC, and Partner, Bray Commercial Services, LLC.
Mr. DelRusso was born and raised in New Jersey. He received his B.S. in Mathematics from Seton Hall University, in South Orange, New Jersey.
After graduating from college he joined Master Maintenance Electrical Contractors (an electrical contracting and maintenance firm) and handled new construction as well as maintenance accounts. In 1986, he was promoted to Vice President and assumed responsibility for negotiation of new contracts.
With a proven background in facilities engineering, maintenance, and construction Mr. DelRusso was summoned to California to assist with the reconstruction of a two story 206,000 square foot building at the site of Pacesetter, Inc. in Sylmar, CA following the January 1994 Sylmar Earthquake. He remained with Pacesetter through 2000 as Facilities Director overseeing all phases of facilities, operations, real estate and administration for the world’s second largest pacemaker and implantable cardiac defibrillator manufacturer.
Mr. DelRusso joined Advanced Bionics Corporation in 2000 with responsibilities for facilities and real estate operations, acquisitions, and construction. In this role, Mr. DelRusso identified and acquired land and facilities for the new corporate headquarters and manufacturing plant for one of the largest U.S. cochlear implant manufacturers.
Beginning in June of 2001 Mr. DelRusso began negotiating with Legacy Partners, and, on January 31st, 2002, completed the purchase of the 170-acre Business Park (now known as Mann Biomedical Park in Valencia, CA) for the relocation and expansion of several related entities for Alfred Mann. He continued to report to Mr. Mann in his capacities of acquisitions, planning, construction, and property management for Mann Biomedical Park, Sylmar Biomedical Park in Sylmar, CA and Mann Research Center in Port St. Lucie, FL.
In July of 2005, Mr. DelRusso permanently relocated to Jensen Beach, Florida. From 2005 through the end of 2013, Mr. DelRusso shared his time between the Mann Biomedical Park in Valencia, CA, Sylmar Biomedical Park in Sylmar, CA and Mann Research Center at Tradition in Port St. Lucie, Florida where he developed 45,000 sq. ft. of Medical Office.
