Meade Rankin is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. Currently serving as a Real Estate Associate Broker.  Meade collaborates closely with development, construction, and commercial services teams, managing transactions from sales and leasing to property management and development. Meade is skilled in asset valuation, contract execution, and due diligence. Previously, Meade worked as a Private Mortgage Banker at two of the nation’s largest financial institutions, maintaining high standards of professionalism while coordinating with various banking and advisory teams to ensure client satisfaction. Meade holds a BA from the University of Georgia School of Communication and Journalism and has completed coursework at the University of Georgia School of Business. Licensed as a real estate broker in both Florida and Georgia, Meade is recognized for strong leadership, communication skills, and attention to detail. Meade enjoys serving his community and has been active in several community service organizations.
